With Open House Season right around the corner here in Pullman Washington, I thought it might be helpful to look at the power of the open house!
For those selling their home, don’t under estimate the open house! Often we don’t have lots of lookers during our opens. And many are neighbors who might be curious. But remember those neighbors can be a great source of advertising your home.
And there is a lot more to it than those that walk through the door. I know I post my open houses both on my blog as well as on my facebook fan page to provide Internet exposure. Also, the print ads advertising the open house are another opportunity for print exposure. And the signs also certainly catch folks attention. So even if you don’t have a lot of lookers on that open, you still get great exposure!
